Job Summary

In this part-time role, you will use handheld Zebra scanners and Square POS terminals to organize inventory and assist up to 40 shoppers per shift. We offer flexible 15 to 25-hour weekly schedules that easily fit around your existing personal or school commitments. You will serve as Part-Time On-Site, delivering the signature Detail-Oriented Multitasker that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the merchandising and retail sales.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inventory Scanning & Restocking: Operate handheld Zebra TC52 barcode scanners daily to log 150+ incoming merchandise items and restock sales floor displays before store opening.
• Point of Sale Operations: Process 30 to 50 customer checkout transactions per shift using TouchBistro POS terminals and contactless payment readers with zero drawer discrepancies.
• Visual Merchandising Maintenance: Utilize planogram software on iPads to adjust 12 retail display bays weekly, ensuring accurate pricing tags and promo signage placements.
• Customer Engagement & Assistance: Answer product inquiries using our inventory look-up app on store tablets to assist over 35 retail shoppers during a typical 5-hour shift.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience operating handheld barcode scanners or tablet-based point of sale (POS) inventory applications.

• Demonstrated track record of executing visual planograms or maintaining organized retail merchandise displays.
