Job Summary

If you enjoy working with hands-on inventory systems and want a flexible schedule of 15 to 20 hours per week, this spot is for you. You will use handheld Zebra scanners and U-boat carts to stock high-demand merchandise before store doors open. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Detail-Oriented Precision that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail inventory management.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Scanning and Logging Inventory: Operate Zebra handheld RF scanners to scan incoming shipments, log 150+ SKUs daily, and update stock counts within our inventory ERP system.
• Stocking Display Shelves: Unload merchandise from U-boat carts to restock 4 sales floor bays hourly, ensuring 100% price tag accuracy and neat visual alignment.
• Safety and Equipment Handling: Safely operate manual pallet jacks and safety box cutters to process up to 35 bulk cardboard boxes during morning restocking shifts.
• Auditing Shelf Capacity: Perform daily inventory audits across 6 retail aisles, recording discrepancies on handheld terminals to maintain accurate digital stock levels.

• Salary: $19.50–$24.00 per hour

Requirements & Qualifications

• Comfort operating handheld digital RF scanners and basic inventory management software.
• Availability to work 15 to 25 hours per week on flexible morning or weekend shifts.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred, but no prior retail experience required.
