Job Summary

You will work alongside experienced retail teammates to assist 50+ daily shoppers, manage inventory, and keep our sales floor welcoming. This part-time role offers 15 to 25 flexible weekly hours that easily fit around your college classes or secondary employment. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greeting roughly 40 customers per shift using our POS handheld devices to answer product questions and process fast checkout transactions.
• Stockroom & Inventory: Unpacking 15 to 20 merchandise cartons weekly using zebra barcode scanners to restock shelves and maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Merchandising Support: Arranging 5 visual product displays each week according to brand planograms to boost promotional item sales by 10 percent.
• Store Maintenance: Conducting daily 30-minute floor audits to clean fitting rooms, organize clothing racks, and return 50+ stray items to correct departments.
