Job Summary

From your very first shift, you will directly shape the customer experience by processing 30+ smooth checkout transactions per hour and assisting shoppers on the floor. This part-time position offers 15 to 25 hours weekly, providing predictable scheduling that easily fits around your college courses or secondary employment. You will serve as Part-Time On-Site, delivering the signature Energetic problem solver that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail store operations.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Register Management: Operate our modern POS terminal to process 30+ cash, card, and mobile payments per hour accurately while assisting customers with instant digital receipts.
• Floor Assistance: Greet up to 50 shoppers daily, answering product questions and using hand scanners to locate inventory items across 12 distinct retail departments quickly.
• Stock & Display Restocking: Restock 40 to 60 shelf units every shift, ensuring accurate price tags and crisp merchandise presentation according to visual merchandising planograms.
• Returns & Exchanges: Handle 10 to 15 customer return or exchange requests daily using our inventory management database to ensure quick, hassle-free customer service resolutions.

• Salary: $19.50–$24.00 per hour
