Job Summary

In this part-time role offering 15 to 25 flexible hours per week, you will greet everyday shoppers, answer product questions, and keep our sales floor looking fantastic. You will build real connections with our local community while managing a schedule that easily fits around your classes or personal commitments. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Welcoming Communicator that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail customer service.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Assist 30 to 50 store guests daily by answering product questions, demonstrating features, and maintaining a welcoming service area.
• Point of Sale Operations: Process 40 plus checkout transactions during peak shifts using modern POS software, accurately handling cash, card, and promotional voucher payments.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Restock 100 plus shelf items daily and set up seasonal promotional displays using mobile inventory scanners to maintain full inventory levels.
• Store Operations: Perform daily opening and closing floor duties, ensuring 100 percent compliance with store cleanliness, safety standards, and loss prevention guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service or retail experience using cash registers or POS terminals.
