Job Summary

From your very first shift, you will jump right into keeping our inventory moving and our sales floor looking fantastic. This part-time role offers 15 to 25 flexible hours per week that easily fit around your college classes or secondary employment. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Efficiency-Minded Multitasker that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail inventory management.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inventory Processing: Unload weekly shipments using hand trucks and process 150 incoming retail product units per hour into RF scanner inventory management software.
• Sales Floor Restocking: Restock 40 merchandise display bays daily using zebra handheld devices to verify SKU numbers, shelf tags, and stock counts.
• Register Support: Operate POS touchscreen registers during peak foot-traffic hours, accurately processing up to 35 customer checkout transactions per hour.
• Stockroom Organization: Maintain safety compliance across 1,200 square feet of stockroom space by auditing bin locations and labeling 50 backstock cartons weekly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for shifts lasting 4 to 8 hours.
• 6 months of customer service, stocking, or cash handling experience in a retail setting.
• Proficiency operating basic electronic tools like touchscreen POS systems and handheld RF inventory scanners.
• Reliable availability to work 15 to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend shift.
