Job Summary

From your very first shift, you will dive right into keeping sales displays immaculate and helping customers find exactly what they need on our fast-paced floor. We offer flexible schedules of 15 to 25 hours per week that easily fit around your college classes or a second job. You will serve as Part-time, delivering the signature Active and organized multitasker that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail merchandising and store operations.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inventory Stocking & Organization: Unload weekly shipments using hand trucks and restock over 200 retail product units daily using RF handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Floor Maintenance & Merchandising: Audit and tidy up 12 main aisle displays during every 5-hour shift to ensure clean presentation and complete pricing accuracy for daily shoppers.
• Customer Assistance & Support: Greeting and guiding up to 50 store guests during busy afternoon hours, answering product questions and locating items across 4 main sales departments.
• Register Operations & Checkout: Operate POS cash register systems to process over 40 customer checkout transactions per hour accurately while bagging items efficiently and maintaining zero register discrepancies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule of 15 to 25 hours per week, including evening or weekend shifts.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service, cash handling, or retail store floor experience in a team environment.
• Comfort using basic handheld technology such as RF barcode scanners and touchscreen POS register terminals.
• Capability to lift up to 35 pounds and remain on your feet moving across the retail store floor during 5-hour shifts.
