Job Summary

We are looking for a welcoming Retail Customer Service Representative to work 15 to 25 hours per week on our sales floor. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Assist up to 40 shoppers daily using our POS terminal to process checkouts, handle returns, and answer product questions accurately.
• Inventory Restocking: Scan and restock 50 plus inventory items each shift utilizing handheld Zebra barcode scanners to maintain clean and full store shelves.
• Loyalty Enrollment: Enroll at least 10 new customers per week into our store rewards program by sharing membership benefits during checkout conversations.
• Store Maintenance: Execute opening or closing floor checklists twice weekly to ensure clean aisles, stocked registers, and accurate pricing labels throughout.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule of 15 to 25 hours per week, including weekend or evening shifts.
