Job Summary

From day one, you will jump right into managing customer checkouts and keeping our front counter moving briskly during rush hours. This part-time role offers 15 to 25 hours per week with flexible shifts designed around your availability. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Efficiency Under Pressure that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail customer service.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• POS Checkout Operations: Process over 80 customer transactions daily using Lightspeed POS software while accurately handling cash, debit cards, and digital wallet payments.
• Counter & Display Maintenance: Restock 15 impulse display racks every shift and clean 3 front registers to maintain an organized, welcoming counter environment.
• Customer Service & Inquiries: Greet up to 100 incoming shoppers per shift, answering product questions and resolving simple returns within our 30-day return policy.
• Stock Reconciliation & Bagging: Bag items efficiently for 100 percent of customers and log daily register cash drawers with zero balancing discrepancies before store closing.

• Salary: $19.00–$23.00 per hour

Requirements & Qualifications
