Job Summary

If you want a low-stress part-time role with weekly shift flexibility, this position offers 15 to 20 hours per week scanning merchandise and updating inventory logs. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Barcode Scanning & Auditing: Scan up to 400 retail SKU barcodes daily using Zebra TC52 handheld scanners to ensure physical stock matches electronic inventory counts.
• Data Reconciliation: Enter variance records into NetSuite ERP twice per shift, resolving discrepancies for approximately 50 displaced items per week with store managers.
• Stockroom Data Logging: Log received shipments of 15 to 30 inventory totes each shift, updating item locations and stock quantities in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Audit Reporting: Generate weekly stock accuracy reports covering 1,200 unique product lines to maintain an ongoing stock count accuracy rate above 98 percent.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience using handheld barcode scanners or retail POS systems in a store setting.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise boxes up to 30 pounds during a 4 to 6 hour shift.
• Strong numerical accuracy and high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
