Job Summary

If you want a dependable part-time job that fits around your college classes or secondary employment, this position offers flexible weekly shifts. You will spend your working hours selecting, scanning, and packing items so our customers get exactly what they need. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Detail-Oriented that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail order fulfillment.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Pick Orders Accurately: Use handheld RF scanners to locate and pick 45 order items per hour across 12 store aisles with 99% accuracy.
• Stage and Pack Items: Pack up to 30 customer tote bags daily using protective wrap and sturdy boxes to ensure items arrive undamaged.
• Audit Batch Inventory: Perform daily stock checks on 50 high-demand SKUs using inventory software to maintain real-time shelf counts across all departments.
• Maintain Floor Cleanliness: Clear cardboard debris and reset 5 packing stations during each 4-hour shift to keep operations safe, fast, and organized.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Comfort standing and walking on fulfillment floors for up to 5 hours continuously.
• High school diploma, GED, or current enrollment in an accredited secondary education program.
