Job Summary
You will work alongside our floor lead Sarah and five veteran associates who make every 15-to-20-hour workweek engaging and collaborative. Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Customer Checkout & POS: Operate Lightspeed POS terminals to accurately process 40+ customer transactions per hour while maintaining a balanced register drawer.
- Floor Assistance & Inquiries: Greet 50+ store visitors daily, answering inventory questions using Zebra handheld scanners to locate products across 8 main aisles.
- Inventory Restocking: Unpack weekly shipments of 150+ merchandise units, applying barcode price tags and organizing shelf displays according to visual planograms.
- Store Maintenance & Returns: Process up to 15 customer merchandise returns daily while assisting team members with closing checklists to ensure store readiness.
