Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly Retail Sales Support Representative to work 15 to 20 hours per week on our store floor. You will enjoy total schedule flexibility that easily fits around your classes, second job, or personal routine. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inventory Restocking: Restock 30 to 50 retail shelf displays daily using zebra handheld scanners and maintain accurate inventory counts across 5 key store departments.
• Customer Assistance: Assist over 40 retail shoppers during every 4-hour shift by answering product questions and retrieving backroom items through the POS inventory system.
• POS Register Support: Process up to 25 cash and credit card customer transactions per hour using Square POS hardware while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate.
• Visual Merchandising: Update promotional signage and re-organize 12 endcap displays weekly using planogram guidelines to boost product visibility across the sales floor.
