Job Summary

From your very first shift, you will dive into helping customers, stocking store displays, and operating modern register technology. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling between 15 and 25 hours per week that easily fits around your school schedule or secondary job. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Energetic Floor Specialist that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail sales and customer service.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Assist up to 40 shoppers daily using handheld Zebra scanners to locate inventory, answer product questions, and perform register checkouts.
• POS Register Operations: Process 25 cash and card transactions per hour on Square POS systems while accurately applying promotional discounts and digital rewards.
• Inventory Restocking: Restock 50 display shelves every shift from backroom inventory, maintaining precise pricing labels and organized visual merchandising standards.
• Shift Opening & Closing: Execute a 12-point store checklist, including balancing register drawers within a 5-minute threshold and securing retail displays.
