Job Summary

Every day, hundreds of shoppers rely on us to help them find household essentials quickly and pleasantly. In this 15 to 20 hour per week role, you will keep our shelves fully stocked and support shoppers, easily fitting shifts around school or another job. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Customer-Focused Helper that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail customer service and store operations.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inventory & Floor Restocking: Unpack 15 to 20 shipment boxes daily using Zebra handheld scanners to stock shelves accurately before peak shopping hours begin.
• Customer Engagement: Assist 30 or more shoppers per shift by locating items across 5 sales departments and sharing product recommendations with a warm smile.
• Register Operations: Process 40 to 50 customer checkout transactions per shift on a touch-screen POS terminal while maintaining 100 percent register accuracy.
• Store Care & Presentation: Perform 2 daily floor sweeps, sanitize high-touch checkout counters, and refresh 3 front-of-store promotional displays to keep aisles inviting.
