Job Summary

We are looking for a Part Time Retail Distribution Worker who wants 15 to 25 hours a week with shifts that fit around school or another job. You will help us pick, pack, and process inventory on our distribution floor while enjoying a friendly team atmosphere. You will serve as Part-Time On-Site, delivering the signature Adaptable schedule champion that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail logistics distribution.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Order Scanning and Pick Processing: Scan 120 items per hour using handheld RF bar-code scanners to ensure 99% order accuracy across morning and evening distribution shifts.
• Carton Assembly and Packaging: Pack and label up to 40 retail shipment boxes daily using automated tape dispensers and digital weight scales for carrier pickup.
• Stock Sorting and Pallet Staging: Unload and sort 15 palette shipments weekly, organizing goods onto designated storage racks using manual hydraulic pallet jacks.
• Inventory Quality Inspections: Audit 50 storage bins every shift to verify SKU tags, identify damaged goods, and update inventory counts in the warehouse software.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not strictly required.
