Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable team member to process 15 to 20 hours of retail order entry on-site each week. You will enjoy flexible morning or evening shifts that easily adjust around your college classes or secondary employment. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Input 75 to 100 daily customer purchase orders into NetSuite ERP with a 99 percent accuracy rate during your assigned shift.
• Inventory Verification: Cross-reference 50 product SKUs daily against warehouse stock logs using Excel to prevent backorders and ensure prompt 24-hour order fulfillment.
• Customer Data Management: Update 30 client shipping files per day in Salesforce CRM to guarantee correct delivery addresses and special billing instructions.
• Discrepancy Reconciliation: Flag and resolve up to 15 order price mismatches daily by coordinating directly with store managers and account representatives.
